Chelsea Fc has agreed to a deal for Rennes goalkeeper Eduard Mendy.
Mendy will join the blues to compete for the number one spot with current world most expensive goalkeeper Kepa Arizabalaga who has been under performing since his record breaking transfer to Stamford bridge.
Once the deal is done, Mendy will become the seventh signing for Chelsea in this transfer window.
