The once Real Madrid galactico signing has agreed on a deal to join Everton this summer, according to journalist Tancredi Palmeri who disclosed that Rodriguez has agreed to a contract of £4.5 million with Everton but the stumbling block to the deal remains Everton's reluctancy in paying the £25 million transfer fee demanded by Real Madrid.
