The Ajax midfielder is likely going to leave during this transfer window according to reports.
Sky Sports report the 23-year-old will consider a move to the Premier League, but Ajax are yet to receive any offers for their playmaker.
The Dutchman scored 10 goals and provided 11 assists in 37 games across all competitions last season.
He will appeal to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for his versatiliy, as he can play in the no.10 role, in the holding role or as a box-to-box midfielder.
